The challenge
A new gym launch, a tight budget and no time for a big traditional production.
The SLAP
Shoot what has to be real. Use AI for the rest. Direct all of it like one campaign.
Brief / challenge
A gym opening a new branch needs launch content fast. Video is the obvious format, but a full production would consume most of the launch budget.
Objective
Produce a set of launch videos that feel premium, on a budget and timeline that fits a local launch.
Strategy
Combine a short on-site shoot — real trainers, real equipment, real energy — with AI-produced visuals for the moments that would be expensive to film. Concept, script and art-direct everything as one campaign.
Execution
- Campaign concept: "Your excuses don't lift."
- A half-day on-site shoot for hero footage.
- AI-assisted visuals and cut-downs for reels.
- A paid social rollout with creative testing.
Deliverables
Launch films, reel cut-downs, ad variations and a paid social plan.
